We have been very happy with Diamond Home Services for all the times they cleaned for us! Diamond Home Services first did a "move out clean" of our 3600 square foot house in Davie we were about to put on the market. The house was mostly empty with only a few pieces of furniture remaining for staging. The owner, Frederica, had a crew of 3 people work all day, a long day (longer than 8 hours), with Frederica coming in to supervise and even clean herself toward the end. They stayed for more than 8 hours to ensure the house was to Frederica's high standard. Frederica is extremely meticulous, which I greatly appreciate. The house ended up very clean, spotless, and smelled wonderful! After only 45 days on the market, our house went under contract. I believe the cleanliness and wonderful smell of our home achieved by Diamond Home Services was significant in how well it showed, getting many offers, and ultimately going under contract in the short time it was on the market.

Because of the brilliant work that Diamond Home Services had done on our Davie home, Diamond Home Services now comes to our new home in Deerfield Beach. The first service was an "initial clean" that required two people (Frederica and an employee) for a full day, about 8 hours. Now, the owner, Frederica, and one of her employees come every other week for 4 hours. Of course, they clean all the highly used areas, like the bathrooms and kitchen. In addition, I love that the cleaners wipe down all surfaces of the house - the floors (vacuum and mop), windows (inside and outside), cabinet fronts, counter tops, furniture, china cabinet (inside and outside), refrigerator (inside and outside), vertical blinds, and door handles. I also appreciate that Frederica adapts to our needs, which means that, one week, she may not clean a shower stall that we never use, but, instead spends a lot of extra time cleaning a different shower stall we use multiple times per day. She is obliged to clean every bit of soap scum in the shower stall. As another example, our vertical blinds may not need to be dusted one week, but, instead, the inside of our refrigerator needs to be wiped. Every week, Frederica inspects our house to ensure all areas are clean, with some highly used areas getting more attention than other lesser used areas, in order to maintain an overall sparkling clean house every time they are finished.
